CONTEMPORARY DANCE CLASSES

INTRODUCTORY
Learn to understand your body a little better.

Introductory courses are suitable for those of you who are new dance or contemporary dance and wish togo slow and start from the basics. ​​

INTERMEDIATE
​Explore your range and rigour in movement, as you negotiate between release and control.​

Intermediate classes are open classes for dance enthusiasts, pre-professionals, professionals with a good understanding of their bodies, who wish to work on their bodies while enjoying the rigour of dance.​​

INTRO - BEGINNER
Incorporate dance and movement in your weekly routine.​
There are both term-based classes and open classes for beginners of various levels to practise your technique and movement quality.​

ALL LEVELS
Practise dance and movement at any level, whether it is to connect with your movement impulses and allow play to happen, or to improve your fitness and well-being.
These classes are suitable for all movers, whether you have no prior dance background, little dance experience, or you are a seasoned mover.
