Festival Terms & Policies

Booking Matters

Refunds: No refunds will be allowed for any payment made.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal from any class/ workshop/ jam/ performance booked is allowed at least 4 hours before the start of the class. If you have booked the activity using a package, the credits will be returned to your account where you can use those credits for other available 12.ance classes/ workshops/ jam/ performances. For any withdrawal less that 4 hours before the start of class, your credits will be forfeited.
Replacement: In the event you are unable to make it for class and do not wish for your credits to be forfeited, you may look for a friend to take your place. But, please inform us by sending us a message through the 12.ance Instagram page before the start of class.
Sharing of Package: Packages B, C & D can be shared with a maximum of 1 friend. After you have purchased the package, head over to "my plans" for the sharing link to be sent to your friend. Head over to the story highlight on our 12.ance Instagram page for a visual guide.
Ticket & Package Validity: All credits purchased for 12.ance 2024 are only valid from 30 Nov - 15 Dec 2024, and they cannot be carried forward to other regular classes at Sigma Collective Space.
Waitlist: You are strongly encouraged to continue to sign up for classes/ workshops/ jams/ performances that are full, so that you can be put on a waitlist, and auto-enrolled as soon as a spot avails. You will be notified via email and push notification on the mobile app if you have enabled push notification. This option is only available to those who have purchased a festival class pack.
Limited Spots: Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited spots are available for each activity, so you are highly encouraged to book early.

Other Terms & Policies

By signing up for the activities in 12.ance Festival, you agree to below terms and policies:

The festival organiser, partners, and staff of 12.ance shall not be liable for any injuries sustained while in studio premises, before, during, or after class.
Photographs and videos will be taken during the festival for documentation, learning, and publicity purposes. The festival organiser shall own the rights to these media content for the above-mentioned purposes. All artists and participants will have access to these media files and shall credit the festival and photographers appropriately for personal use only. For other uses, please email the festival team for permission.
The festival organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and policies without prior notice.
